3. Photo Uploads and AI Character Creation

This section is critical to understand.

When a photo is uploaded:

• The image is processed solely to generate an illustrated story character
• The image is not used for facial recognition or identity verification
• The image is not used for marketing, advertising, profiling, or resale
• The image is not made public unless you publish a story containing the character
• You may delete the image at any time
• The original image is automatically deleted after processing unless you choose to retain the character

You confirm that you have full permission to upload any photo used.

4. Stories and Public Sharing

By default, stories are private.

If you choose to publish a story publicly:

• The story becomes visible to other users of the app
• You are responsible for ensuring no personal information is included
• You may remove the story at any time
• DIPALE may remove public stories that violate safety rules

We do not review every story before it is made public.
